Are your rugs really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is hand-knotted, hand-tufted or hand-loomed by master weavers in Mirzapur. Small variations are the natural mark of a genuinely handmade rug.
How long will delivery take?
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery within India typically takes 3 to 9 working days after dispatch; international orders 7 to 21 working days. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with insured, trackable partners. Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I order a custom size or design?

What is your return policy?
Most in-stock pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are final sale. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full details.
