Our promise
You may return most in-stock pieces within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned rugs must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
Items that cannot be returned
- Made-to-order, custom and bespoke commissions, which are woven uniquely for you
- Clearance or final-sale pieces, where clearly marked
- Rugs that have been used, altered, cleaned or damaged after delivery
How to start a return
Email sales@mirzapurroyalerugs.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions, including the return address, within one working day.
Please do not ship items back before receiving confirmation from us.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend an insured, trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
If a piece arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or colour? Let us know when you start your return and we will help you exchange your piece, subject to availability.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your rug on arrival. If it is damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact sales@mirzapurroyalerugs.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You may cancel an in-stock order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched — just email sales@mirzapurroyalerugs.com. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled once weaving has begun.
